My ideal client would be someone who is ready to change/process, willing to be uncomfortable throughout their journey, be comfortable with being confronted, and willing to apply work made in sessions to their everyday life to foster healing. In practice, I use an electric approach and encourage a healthy amount of autonomy with clients.
I've worked with children, teenagers, and adults across all ages and a variety of diagnoses, such as anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder, and bipolar I and II disorders.
I'm very direct in my communication, and I give clients the freedom to express themselves, so long as there's no disrespect.
