Do you feel like your child is overwhelmed, anxious, or struggling to cope—and you're not sure how to help? I offer a space where children can come back to play—at their own pace—and feel safe enough to be curious, connected, and more fully themselves. I work with children (ages 0–11) as a Play Therapist, along with their caregivers & families. I support children experiencing anxiety, behavioral challenges, trauma, attachment disruptions, and school-related difficulties.
I also care deeply about children’s social and emotional development, and I work alongside caregivers to better understand and support what their child may be communicating through their behavior.
My background includes work in caregiving, early childhood education, and school settings, which has given me experience with children in many different contexts.
As a Child and Family Therapist, I additionally offer a specialized service dedicated specifically to supporting parents as they navigate the unique challenges of parenthood today. My Parenting Support sessions are designed to provide a nonjudgmental space where you can freely share your anxieties and frustrations while receiving professional guidance.

Queer Parents Support Group - Fall 2026
This group aims to establish a supportive environment for community development among Queer parents/parents-to-be within the Twin Cities. While this area of Minnesota is recognized as a sanctuary for the LGBTQ+ community, establishing meaningful connections can remain a complex endeavor. This group offers parents and expectant parents identifying as LGBTQ+ a secure setting to engage in purposeful dialogue and activities designed to mitigate the unique stressors associated with navigating parenthood while holding marginalized identities. The Fall 2026 session dates are September 16 - December 2.
