Hi, I’m Bria! As a therapist who blends person-centered and evidence-based approaches, I help clients navigate life’s challenges with curiosity, compassion, and authenticity. My work centers on supporting children, adults, and couples who are experiencing anxiety, depression, late-diagnosed neurodivergence including Autism and ADHD, giftedness, or the complexities of multicultural and LGBTQIA+ identities. Drawing from Person-Centered Therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, expressive arts, and evidence-based modalities, I design a customized framework that evolves with you.

In the therapy room, I take an integrative approach that blends compassion with science to create a treatment experience tailored to each person’s unique needs. My goal is to support both insight and practical change—honoring the whole person while grounding the process in research and clinical understanding.

Being neurodivergent myself, I understand the unique challenges of navigating a fast-paced, often overwhelming world. I believe it’s essential to make space for joy, beauty, and gratitude—even in the small moments.
