Hi, I'm glad you're here. No one should have to face pain alone, and by considering reaching out, you're already taking a step toward healing. I'm here to support you on your journey to wholeness. I support mothers and individuals who have experienced trauma, especially those feeling disconnected from themselves and struggling to find joy. My goal is to help break those patterns of disconnection and emotional pain, guiding you toward a life filled with renewed joy and purpose. My mental health podcast, 'Harmony Hour for Black Girls,' is now available wherever you listen to podcast.
I provide Evidence-Based Therapeutic Interventions-Psychoeducation to understand the effects of trauma, somatic experiencing, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Breathwork exercises that can help regulate the nervous system, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I support clients in releasing trauma from both the mind and body to achieve wholeness.
I understand the courage it takes to seek support, and I am here to offer a compassionate space where you can feel understood and respected. Together, we will work toward creating lasting change, empowering you to reclaim your life with greater peace and self-compassion.
