Welcome. I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. Healing can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to walk through it alone. Taking the first step toward support is an act of self love. I work with women who are navigating deep emotional pain—feelings of disconnection, sadness, anger, or simply not feeling like themselves anymore. Whether you’re trying to heal from what’s happened, break old cycles, or just breathe a little easier day by day, I’m here to walk with you.
I use a blend of evidence-based therapeutic approaches including psychoeducation, breathwork, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)- to help calm the nervous system, release trauma held in the body, and help you rebuild a deeper, more compassionate connection with yourself.
I also host Harmony Hour for Black Girls, a mental health podcast available wherever you listen, offering space for reflection, insight, and collective healing. May this space be a soft pace to land- a place to lay down what no longer serves you and begin again. A gentle enough space that invites a sacred return to yourself.

Mama Support Group
Motherhood is both beautiful and challenging. This group offers a safe, supportive space for moms and moms-to-be to connect, share openly, and feel less alone. Together we’ll explore the emotional ups and downs of motherhood, including postpartum changes, stress, and anxiety, while also celebrating joy and growth. Each session provides gentle guidance, practical tools, and space for reflection. Our goal is to create a circle of compassion where every mama feels seen, supported, and empowered in both her motherhood and her mental well-being.
