I am a Chicago native who has been practicing in Georgia for 8 years. I received my bachelor’s degree from the illustrious North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in Psychology , a master's in Dance/Movement Therapy and Counseling, and am actively pursuing a doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership from Adler University. I am a fun, loving, compassionate leader and servant to my community, and I bring elements of myself through my experience and training. I’m not an expert on all things, just my experience, and I like to help my clients navigate their own expertise and sharpen their skillsets.
I specialize is authenticity and using creative arts therapist, specifically body based and dance/movement to promote healing and change. I also use a myriad of theoretical approaches such as CBT, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused, Internal Family Systems, and ARC model as interventions in the therapeutic process.
People are multi-faceted, so to quantify you as a singular entity wouldn't do you justice. I have a "come as you are approach."
