Often reaching out is the hardest part, so welcome! Know you are not alone on this journey as I strongly believe in developing a strong therapeutic relationship. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides in-home therapeutic services. I enjoy working with children and youth, specializing in adolescent teenage girls who have experienced significant trauma. I have worked in a variety of settings and across multiple systems of care. I believe all youth are equipped with their own natural strengths and have the ability to reach their full potential with appropriate opportunities, skills, and support.

I utilize a variety of interventions, with emphasis on Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Together we will be hands on using an innovative and individualized approach. This requires us getting to the the root of the pain to uncover and reprocess these hardships to promote growth and resiliency.

I believe therapy should allow us to discover, create, and share our story. Life is about striving for progress, not perfection!
