My work is grounded in psychodynamic therapy and existential orientation. I am trained in EMDR - a treatment for trauma - and I assist with dream analysis and mindfulness. I am LGBTQiA+ allied and welcome ENM/poly. I also run 3 ongoing groups: Childless Grief, Body Acceptance, and Existential Artist Group.

A process group for artists and creatives to explore anxiety around meaning, isolation, connection, blocks, dread, feelings of fraud, and other existential concerns. Group therapy is a way to approach anxiety by working with others who share a core connection. Pursue a new kind of relationship with yourself! Process group for women and non-binary folks to work on body acceptance. This is an inclusive group for people of all shapes, sizes, and ages to explore self-acceptance through body neutrality. Group therapy is a connective way to approach yourself by being in relationship with others. This is an ongoing group, now accepting members, meeting every other week via telehealth for 50 minutes.
