As your therapist I understand that you bring your own unique story, strengths, and experiences to therapy. I believe that you are the expert of your own story. Using evidence-based treatments, as well as warmth, humor and empathy, I will work in partnership with my clients to develop a unique treatment plan to help clients in their journey, with the main goal of helping others discover or re-discover your strength and purpose.
I provide therapy to adolescents and adults with a primary focus in eating disorders, as well as anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidality, self-harm, body image concerns, relationship issues, life transitions and other life stressors. I tailor my approach to meet clients where they are, fostering a collaborative, safe and non-judgmental environment.
I understand that everyone faces challenges, whether related to mental wellness or the quest for meaning in this one wild and beautiful life. It takes immense strength and courage to reach out for help. I look forward to helping you navigate whatever challenges you are facing and empowering you on your journey to personal growth.
