I am a queer-identified counselor licensed in the state of New Mexico. I specialize in trauma work, Couples & Sex therapy, and LGBTQIA+ and women's health. I'm extremely passionate about bringing holistic mental health care to my clients, which includes taking the whole person into account. Whether it's complex trauma work, exploration of gender identity and/or sexuality, struggles with intimacy/desire, sex, sexual health, or relationship work, I bring my knowledge and expertise to meet my clients therapeutic needs and goals!
I specialize in working with LGBTQIA2S+ individuals and couples. I have specialty training in eye movement, desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and Couples & Sex Therapy, which allow me to work more in-depth with clients specifically struggling with trauma, relationships, intimacy, sex, gender identity and/or sexual orientation, and much more!
I aim to make the therapy process collaborative, always meeting you where you're at and working together to meet your goals. It's super important to me that clients feel comfortable to be themselves, be able to explore any concerns or struggles, and to create meaningful growth. I hope we can do some amazing therapeutic work together!
