The focus of my practice is working with folx from various communities (women from all backgrounds, men of color, LGBTQ, varying spiritual and cultural beliefs, those who want to work through their racism to become allies, etc) figure out how to best navigate their lives. As we get older and become more successful, it becomes harder to "figure things out", while also staying true to ourselves. I see my clients as the experts of their own lives and I am just here to help them figure out which route to take.

As a previous trauma medical social worker, I have years of experience working with those who have suffered trauma, domestic violence, community violence and various challenges. Now I am using my experience to help folks work through stress (work, life and everything in between), life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief and other psychosocial stressors.

My goal is to help you find your balance and to help you figure out how to reach success without sacrificing who you are or burning out thinking you have to do "twice as much." I am here to help you learn how to THRIVE in your day to day life.
