As a therapist, Breyon is passionate about offering clients a space to feel heard, supported, and understood. He champions the belief that everyone can change, develop, and accomplish their dreams. Breyon practices therapy from a client-centered approach, as individuals are the experts on their own lives. His role is to help guide clients to increase self-awareness and gain a new understanding about their lives and their relationships with themselves and others. He enjoys working with adolescents and adults that are working towards healing, authenticity, courage, empathy, support, vulnerability, and liberation.
Breyon has experience working alongside clients experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression, relationship difficulties, emotion dysregulation, trauma, and adjustment issues. Prior to reentering practice, he provided counseling in various settings as a resident in counseling, and worked in leadership and consulting roles in private and government sectors.
