My name is Breyanna Locke and I am the owner of Midstate Marriage and Family Therapy in Manlius, NY. I believe that each step we take towards self-reflection and relational understanding helps break down powerful patterns that make us feel stuck and hopeless. Giving your emotions a voice can be a freeing and validating experience. It is my role to help this process happen in a way that is safe and meaningful to bring hope and awareness into your life whether you are looking for individual therapy or relational therapy.
I have spent the past 15 years working with families and adolescents in areas of trauma, parent-child conflict, at-risk youth involved with the juvenile justice system, anger management, and anxiety and depression related issues.
