I want to help to expand your perspective, reshape your narrative, and live the life you always wanted. I look at myself as a Sherpa helping to guide you on your personal journey to your Everest, whatever that may be.
To be our best, I believe we have to find the parts of life that give us purpose; the answers to the question: "Why?". This is when I tell you to put on your explorer hat and get ready for the adventure of a lifetime. I believe in a holistic approach to therapy and incorporate my wellness experiences and mindfulness techniques as well as counseling theories.
I find personal fulfillment in being a small part of someone else’s journey. I know what it is like to struggle with loneliness, intrusive thoughts, and doing anything to fill that void just for a moment.
