Challenges are inevitable within any individual life experience. It is my hope to work with you to improve your ability to overcome these times. Empowerment and increasing self-understanding are ever-present goals in my practice. Whether you are dealing with a mental health diagnosis, a life transition, relationship issues, or simply seeking personal growth, you deserve support along the way. I believe in working as a team to increase insight and develop practical strategies to improve your confidence and quality of life.
I work with teenagers, adults and couples. Anxiety, depression, self-harm, family dynamics, relationship discord and improving self-esteem are some of the many issues I address in my practice. I also work with families and couples to improve communication and understanding.
My style is empathetic and direct. Building a trusting and open relationship is my priority. My goal is to provide support in a non-judgmental, safe space. I look forward to learning your story!
