The journey through life is full of twists and turns for everyone. Sometimes, in such a way that help is needed to share in that walk in a meaningful and intentional way. After years of working as a therapist, I have had the privilege to assist people from all different walks of life to develop the tools needed to grow.
I have specialized in working with adolescents, as well as men and woman struggling with life issues such as anxiety and depression. Marriage, relational and family issues have also been a focus. Having worked in a shelter I have also spent time addressing traumatic life events with many of the people I serve.
