It is my goal to help give you coping skills to manage emotions you can use far beyond completing the counseling experience. Our philosophy is based on the idea that every person is a work in progress. In such a stressful world, new ways to find peace and contentment are always useful.
We provide a cozy, living-room like environment to help people feel relaxed and at home. Our office offers many unique ways to engage children in play therapy. We always have snacks and cold water to offer our patients!
