You may be used to explaining parts of yourself before therapy can even begin. I work with Jewish clients navigating antisemitism, identity, safety, and belonging — and with individuals, couples, and polycules exploring or practicing ethical non-monogamy. I'm closely connected to the Jewish community through family, study, and community involvement, including serving on the board of the Jewish Community Relations Council of the Sacramento Region. I also identify as polyamorous. In both areas, you won't need to explain the basics before the real work can begin.
My approach is relational, thoughtful, and engaged. I won't leave you on your own to figure things out, but I won't tell you what to do either. Most clients experience our work as a balance — space to think and feel more clearly, alongside guidance that helps connect patterns and respond to them more effectively.
Clients often arrive worn down, misunderstood, or unsure how to move forward. You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out. If this sounds like what you're looking for, I'd welcome a brief consultation to talk about what you're carrying and whether working together feels like a good fit.

My work is relational and systems-informed, with attachment-based, psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and experiential influences. Sessions are collaborative and engaged: we make space for what you feel, notice what happens in the moment, and connect patterns to choices you can make outside of therapy.
