We all get stuck at times and it can be quite difficult to navigate overwhelming circumstances and stressors alone. I work with all demographics but place greater focus on on men's issues. My approach is to build a comfortable and relational environment where each person can be real, regardless of their unique struggle.
I have been working in social services for 34 years. Together we explore and deepen understanding of the barriers to what is most wanted in life. My approach is to collaboratively and curiously explore beliefs, emotions, thoughts and triggers that sometimes hijack all of us; and to help diminish their control while pursuing desired change.
