Life and love can be messy. Our 24/7 world can make otherwise successful people get out of balance in their lives and in their relationships. The good news is: quality, research-based counseling works for couples and individuals. Together, we can help you and/or your relationship feel better.
I specialize in helping successful but unhappy adults struggling with relationships, infidelity, connection, anxiety and discontent. In a confidential, boutique setting and through research-based strategies, we will work collaboratively to create deep emotional connections, stable relationships and contented living. More information is available on my website: dilworthcounseling.com
I have completed Level 3 training in the Gottman Method of Relationship Therapy. I am also extensively trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Both of these therapies are research-based approaches used to strengthen relationships and deepen connection. Additionally, I am trained in Discernment Counseling, which can help ambivalent couples contemplate their relationship options.
