My ideal clients are self-aware professionals and couples who know something isn't working, but aren't sure why. They come to me navigating relationship conflict, communication breakdowns, betrayal, infidelity, emotional disconnection, anxiety, and depression. Many carry relational wounds from their past that quietly shape their present. In our work together, I help clients trace those patterns, rebuild trust, and develop the emotional tools they need to show up differently - in their relationships and in their own lives. Clients choose this practice for the depth, discretion, and the personalized attention quality care requires.

I specialize in relationship therapy, trauma-informed care, and compulsive sexual behavior. Drawing on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and EMDR, I help clients process what words alone can't reach. I am completing advanced AASECT training toward sex therapy certification, bringing specialized care to a deeply misunderstood area.
