Relationships are my passion and focus. I counsel individuals and couples who are navigating conflict, communication issues, betrayal, infidelity, emotional detachment, depression and anxiety. I believe that all of our histories shape who we become, how we feel, and how we act. My therapy style is about connection, cooperation, and the healing of old wounds and past hurts that affect current behaviors. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method for couples at decision points in their lives. Men can struggle uniquely with affair recovery. It is possible to work through feelings of shame, guilt, betrayal, or apathy. Whether your partnership continues or not, your healing is an important part of moving forward in your life. This group offers you a space to be transparent about your experience and find empathy and comfort for yourself and others.
