My therapeutic approach is geared to address your specific needs based on your strengths, goals, and current concerns, including cultural, family, mental health history, and relevant diagnostic issues. I utilize an empowerment and strength-based approach to help you access your best inner self through: identifying and accomplishing your life goals; achieving a calmer state of mind; improving problem solving and creative potential, no matter how difficult your circumstances. I have extensive training in multiple therapeutic methods including cognitive-behavioral, strength-based, positive psychology, psychodynamic, family system, and Jungian approaches. For further information, I prefer to be contacted by phone.
I primarily utilize phone and zoom sessions and consulting, but will work with clients in person as needed as well. Please feel fee to contact me, yet be aware that I might be traveling and away for small blocks of time.
I encourage and thoroughly enjoy working with issues and goals aimed at authenticity, diversity, curiosity, trauma recovery and being your absolute, best personal, deep self. Feel free to reach out and discuss your needs, hopes and dreams!
