Something in your life feels off. Maybe you have a sense that life could be more fulfilling, more connected, more purposeful. Good therapy depends on one thing more than anything else: the relationship. You have to feel that you can trust the person sitting across from you. You have to feel understood. I’m not the right fit for everyone. But I might be for you. I work with adults, teens, and couples dealing with anxiety, relationship problems, loneliness, and questions about identity and purpose. I have a lot of experience with LGBTQ+ clients and with people who work in creative fields.
I’ve trained extensively in somatic therapy, parts work (IFS), and emotion-focused therapy. Each method is powerful on its own, but together they create a deeper and more effective path for change. We look at patterns that keep you stuck, understand how your nervous system responds to stress, and build practical ways to feel safer, grounded, and connected.
People often tell me they feel safe and genuinely understood with me. I’m calm, attentive, and deeply respectful of your experience. Therapy with me is collaborative and down-to-earth. We focus on what’s not working and move toward change at a pace that feels right. If you’re looking for a warm, insightful therapist, give me a call or email me.
