My ideal client is someone who is ready for new results. I love helping people create what is really important for their life, and I am committed to being someone who can push them to have it. The most successful couples I work with have struggled with infidelity, considered divorce, or lost the fireworks in their marriage. The most successful individuals I work with have struggled with anxiety, addiction, intimacy issues, death/loss, or finding a purpose. All of my clients who succeed are open to exploring new ideas and hungry for change. Our conversations are action-oriented and results driven. Most of our sessions are fun.
My specialties include guiding couples to work through conflict, pending separation, infidelity, intimacy issues, and co-parenting after divorce. I specialize in addiction treatment including family empowerment before/after rehab. I enjoy working with people wrestling with anxiety, bereavement, ADHD, sexual orientation issues, and spiritual disconnection.
I am a relationship expert who has been specifically trained to address couples/marital problems including divorce, infidelity, and conflict resolution. I also specialize in addiction treatment and offer family therapy as a part of this. For those who need more than an hour I offer intensive work. This small (6-8) person group focuses on healing after divorce and is about learning to relate more powerfully to our families, friends, and former spouses. It is a closed group which runs 8 weeks, and involves learning from past experiences, connecting with the stories of other group members, developing skills to manage emotions, and creating new life goals. Expect to be supported and challenged while also learning a new process for moving past unhealthy dependencies.
