We’re living through an overwhelming amount of unprecedented stress, and it’s taking a real toll on our nervous systems. Fear, anxiety, grief, anger, and exhaustion have become baseline states. Not because you’re doing something wrong, but because you’re human. I take a relational approach to therapy, focusing on how connection, identities, and lived experience shape the way we relate to ourselves and others. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface and work toward deeper understanding, connection, and repair within yourself and/or within your relationships.
