My belief in the power of therapy was born amid a life-changing experience in childhood. At age 9, I was battling severe eczema for which traditional treatments were having little effect. My dermatologist described my case as being in the top 1 percent of worst cases he had seen. Fortunately, my parents looked beyond my physical symptoms and sought the help of a therapist, who recognized that my thoughts and emotions were at the root of my skin condition – and then helped me heal from it.
For much of my professional career, in a variety of settings, I have been helping people heal from their pasts, navigate their present stressors, and create the future they deserve. This might mean breaking free from limiting core beliefs, processing a loss, or helping you change a pattern of behavior that has you stuck.
Through EMDR, LENS neurofeedback and other proven approaches, I will work with you to rediscover hope, reconnect with yourself, and cultivate the life you desire.
