I work with adolescents, adults, families, and people in recovery who are navigating challenges such as substance use disorder, anxiety, depression, and family dynamics. My goal is to help you create meaningful change and rediscover a sense of peace and purpose in your life. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, drawing from a variety of evidence-based methods to best meet your individual needs. My counseling style is personal, warm, and solution-focused. I incorporate Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) as well as other evidence-based therapies.
