Spirituality and Psycholgy
Group is centered around developing and deepening a healthy and grounded spiritual connection with one's self and through connection with others. Space will be provided for emotional processing and making room for deeper shifts to occur. During this group one will create more self-awareness and get deeper in touch with their authentic spirituality. Group sessions are offered free/donation basis
