My ideal client is an adult living with complex PTSD, anxiety, grief and loss, life adjustments, or ADHD - someone who looks “fine” on the outside but feels stuck inside. You may overthink, people-please, shut down, or stay on guard, and you’re tired of repeating the same emotional and relationship cycles. I offer an integrative, experiential approach: depth-oriented work, with EMDR and somatic tools when appropriate. I’m trauma-specialized, and my style is compassionate and direct—regulate first, then resolve the root.
