Many of my clients feel stuck. Whether navigating past events, relationship or marital issues, Aging, life transitions, grief, addictions, anxiety, or depression— they're just trying to keep things going. Deep down, they're often exhausted, disconnected, or overwhelmed. They want clarity, emotional relief, and a way to reconnect with themselves and the life they want to live. They're looking for a space where somebody gets it—where they feel truly heard, understood, and supported while finding their way toward their best Self.

My goal is to make therapy feel safe and collaborative. We're in it together. Using a trauma-informed, Attachment-based, person-centered and nonjudgmental approach, I draw from Internal Family Systems, having formal Training by The IFS Institute, in addition to CBT, I-CBT, DBT, ACT to uniquely help client in a way that works best for you.
