Group therapy offers a social space for members to be in community, share experiences, receive and give support, learn new things, and celebrate joys and wins. Connecting with others who share similar experiences with neurodivergence can feel immensely validating and supportive. Groups are designed to be neurodivergent-affirming and accommodations are available.
