At times, our path may bring us to dark places, leading us to feel stuck and overwhelmed by the anxiety, trauma, and grief we are facing. It is my honor to walk beside you on this journey towards healing and growth. My approach is grounded in empathy and collaboration, and seeks to uncover your strengths as you move closer towards who you are meant to be. The first step towards therapy can be daunting, but you are not in this alone.
In our sessions, you can expect a warm, compassionate environment where your experiences are honored and validated without judgement. I aim to provide practical tools and insights to help you regain control and find peace, beginning in the very first session. Prior to working at Heal and Thrive Therapy, I worked in the school system as a social worker and counselor. My approach is trauma-informed and attachment focused, integrating modalities to best fit each client. I am passionate about mental health and working with you to become the person you want to be.
