Using an eclectic trauma-informed approach, I feel that my role as a therapist is to treat the foundational issues causing you pain in the present whether that be from substance abuse, anxiety, depression, or PTSD. Modalities I incorporate to help us explore and address patterns of behavior are attachment theory, psychodynamic principles, EMDR, parts work, and CBT all within a client-centered approach.
