People often come in feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsure of how to make sense of what they’re carrying. In my work, I offer warmth, curiosity, and a space where your story is honored, your emotions are welcomed, and you can reconnect with the parts of yourself that deserve grace and gentleness.
I am a queer, neurodivergent counselor, and I offer person-centered care rooted in empathy and collaboration. I use creative expression, strength-based approaches and motivational interviewing to support identity development, nonjudgmental self compassion, and meaningful change.
