I work from a relational and holistic approach that integrates nervous system awareness, somatic work, and evidence-based therapy. I pay close attention to how patterns develop in the context of relationships and stress, and how they continue to shape thoughts, emotions, and behavior. The work is collaborative, thoughtful, and paced with care.

I support adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and complex trauma. Many of the people I work with are capable and reflective, yet feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of themselves.
