My approach to therapy is always centered around YOU. Sometimes we have trouble setting boundaries in relationships. Sometimes we enter stages of life that are more stressful than others, experiencing major life changes, both for the good and bad. Life is a journey, often filled with joy, but sometimes filled with sorrow and pain. I will walk beside you through your journey and help you navigate the road that can be curvy, unpredictable and confusing at times.
One of my specializations is working with women and moms. Motherhood can be such an exciting, but also overwhelming season of life. I also have extensive experience working with children & adolescents. I love being able to help them find ways to make their world a happier and less overwhelming place.
As humans, we all have different strengths, weaknesses, struggles and passions- my desire is to help you identify those and adapt these things to your daily lives and relationships. My goal is to create a therapeutic approach that feels comfortable and suitable for you personally.
