While there are many challenges to being neurodivergent, our relationship dynamics have a large impact on how we feel about ourselves. Childhood emotional neglect and other trauma or abuse can lead to negative beliefs and opinions of ourselves, which in turn limits our potential, and our ability to connect in healthier ways to the found family that now love and care for us. I believe everyone is worthy and capable of love and in our time together, you will be provided a space to express your authentic feelings, develop self-compassion, explore your identity, process trauma, and build a tool kit of healthy coping skills.
Finding personal significance in our life stories and forming supportive relationships are valuable steps in our healing journey. I aim to establish a safe place where everyone may use their own creativity to cultivate and build life-enriching and restoring practices and relationships.
If you're looking for a therapy experience that focuses on building self-worth, honoring your emotions, and finding meaning and purpose in life, along with a emphasis on strengthening interpersonal relationships, please reach out to learn more or connect with me for a phone consult.
