I enjoy getting to know and care about my clients in a deep and meaningful way. Relationships are often times the very thing that shape who we are, how we see the world, or how we may currently feel by contributing to things like anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, or even trauma, and unfortunately so much more. A therapeutic relationship can be transformative in a positive rather than hurtful way, to begin alleviating the barriers that are preventing well-being right now. If a client is motivated enough, I aim to go beyond just feeling better so that they can grow towards the freedom of becoming their true "Self".
The ideal client is someone who's ready to go for a journey and feel better about their life and self by not continuing to be alone with it all. Whatever appears scary, overwhelming, or hard can change, and you'll wish you started sooner. Anxiety, depression, negative thoughts/beliefs about Self and all the other impacts from relationships can transform.
I believe good and lasting therapy emerges from the relationship we deepen together in time as well as from any of the obstacles encountered and overcome along the way.
