My aim for everyone I work with is a better connection to oneself and others, a greater sense of freedom, emotional integration, direction-purpose-fulfillment, inner strength-confidence-worth, and even peace and contentment. Anxiety, depression, trauma and all the symptoms of existence just stand in the way at the first. Relief and hope tends to be the first welcomed change upon starting.

For over a decade I've been honored to help guide people out of their mental-emotional prisons, past pain, and present stuckness. Choosing not to be alone in it any longer is the key. Many of my clients come to therapy because they're tired of strong-arming life, trying to control it and feeling alone in the fight.

Others have difficulty trusting or feeling safe in relationships, fearing abandonment, failure, love, uncertainty etc. Many never feel good enough, always staying busy, striving for more accomplishment, achievement, fulfillment etc yet constantly sense a greater "lacking".
