The fast-paced, demanding nature of today’s world can leave you feeling anxious, depressed, or uncertain about your sense of meaning. You may find yourself “just getting by” rather than thriving. I believe that meaningful change often begins with small, intentional shifts. In our work together, we will focus on simple but powerful habits that build toward a life that feels worthwhile and aligned with who you are, such as connection with others, time in nature, nourishing your body, tending to your spirituality, cultivating laughter and creating space for rest and reflection. My approach is nonjudgmental and collaborative.
Since 2019, I’ve provided mental health care in inpatient, residential, emergency/crisis, and outpatient settings. My practice is inclusive to individuals of all ages and backgrounds, couples, and families. I draw primarily from CBT, DBT, humanistic, and existential approaches. I am trained in brainspotting.
