Brendan has a particular passion for working with individuals experiencing ADHD, childhood behavior concerns, and PTSD/trauma. His clinical approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness techniques to help clients better understand and manage symptoms, build resilience, and improve overall emotional well-being. Brendan also integrates faith-based treatment for those who wish to incorporate their spiritual beliefs into the healing process, offering a holistic approach to mental health care.
In addition to his work with general mental health concerns, Brendan is experienced in supporting populations such as children in foster care or adoptive homes, individuals with developmental disabilities, and those on the Autism Spectrum.
