About
Whether you are experiencing the loss of a loved one, anxiety during a life transition, or would like to improve your interpersonal relationships, I am here to support while we collaboratively find solutions. I believe in your resiliency and ability to withstand challenges and stressors in life. Reaching out to find help is a significant first step that showcases desire for change! I have experience working with individuals experiencing grief and have provided individual and group therapy to children and adults who have experienced a loss. Also, I have worked extensively with adults of varying abilities to develop self-advocacy.
My approach is thinking systemically and utilizing your existing resources to open lines of communication, improve relationships, and increase family cohesion and connections. I believe in using evidence-based techniques integrated with mindfulness, music, and other somatic methods in order to create successful strategies to manage stressors and life events.
I spent over a decade providing recreational programming to children, aging adults, and individuals of varying abilities. These experiences inform my approach, and I bring an energy of empowerment to the therapeutic space, supporting you to facilitate change in your life. I look forward to meeting you to see if I would be a good fit to support you!
