I have advanced training to combine talk-therapy with EMDR Therapy as well as narrative techniques that are aimed at getting you the results you desire.
I specialize in solution-focused therapy , EMDR therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, relationship-focused therapy, and sports psychology. My goal is to help you with your goals. Many people just want to feel freer and move past something that has been bothering them. The research shows that Counseling is extremely effective if one participates in it.
