I am a somatic trauma therapist who works with developmental trauma, attachment wounds, shame, grief, and intimacy issues. I also draw from IFS, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, somatic sex therapy, and psychedelic therapy. If you’ve struggled to feel fully seen in therapy—or felt pressure to self-edit just to get support—this space is different. My style is warm, gentle, and rooted in the body. Together we slow down, listen inward, and help your system release old patterns of tension, fear, and disconnection. Healing happens when you feel safe enough to experience your emotions fully, without judgment or performance.

Our work may include unpacking internalized shame, healing past wounds, exploring your sexuality without judgment, or learning to safely inhabit your body and emotions. We don’t just talk about what’s wrong—we reconnect with what feels alive, grounded, and real in you, allowing vitality, creativity, and self-trust to reemerge.

I offer online and in-person therapy for individuals and couples. I am honored to work with women and queer folks seeking a corrective experience with a cis-male counselor. I’m queer- and kink-affirming, poly-aware, and trans-inclusive—creating a space where you can bring your full, authentic self.
