With roughly 25 years of experience in private practice, I have treated both children and adults for a wide range of issues including: oppositional behavior, family conflict, aggressive acting-out, social problems, bullying, phobias, addictions, separation anxiety, high-conflict divorces, mood disorders, suicide prevention, and high functioning autism.
Alongside family counseling, I also enjoy caring for artists. With a background in art and philosophy, I find it extremely satisfying to understand the artist's unique values and world-view. The artist's sensitive and/or "out-of-sync" experience with life can often, paradoxically, empower artistic self-expression.
