About
I believe there are three major components to a well-balanced state of mind - they are Love, Purpose, and Value. If either is missing, you could experience some level of mental distress. I specialize in working with the average person trying to earn a living and take care of their family. I treat individuals who struggle with anger, depression, self-esteem and other interpersonal concerns.
I have a passion to help individuals thrive and help families stay together by addressing parenting issues, marital discord, relational problems and other emotional concerns. I use a strength-based and solution-focused approach and various behavioral strategies to help people reach their goals.
Currently accepting appointments Monday-Friday, day and evenings.
