I engage the counseling process using a solution-focused, client centered approach. I have been helping people as a professional counselor since 2009 when I became a certified addiction specialist. I returned to school in 2017 to earn my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. Specialities include: substance abuse, depression, anxiety, trauma and families.
