I specialize in the treatment of depression and mood disorders, anxiety, panic, trauma, PTSD, and chronic health issues in a safe and comfortable environment. I work mainly with adults of all ages and orientations.
I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, panic disorder, trauma (simple and complex), and the psychological treatment relating to chronic health issues, grief, loss and bereavement, life transitions, and the struggles relating to multi-cultural adjustment.
Life transitions, traumatic events, cultural diversity and adjustment issues are a specialty of my practice. Use of hypnotherapy, visualization, and art therapy, in addition to, Interpersonal, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Transpersonal and Humanistic techniques. Psychological testing and mental health evaluations are available in English or Spanish.
