Hello, my name is Brenda Ishmael and I have been a Mental Health and Spiritual Counselor since 2004. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, and work/life challenges. I have also incorporated my formal training with my spiritual understanding to assist client who are seeking answers/understanding to their spiritual questions. My counseling style is high energy, engaging, and assisting the client in understanding their thoughts, beliefs, and actions. I believe in treating everyone with compassion and humility on a non-judgmental basis
My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and reality therapy. During every session I give you 100% of myself and during that time, my client is my top priority.
