Mental Health is our own journey. With the right tools, we can overcome the obstacles & improve with time. My clinical experience has included working with diverse age groups. Primarily I have experience with Anxiety, Depression, and Grief counseling. With patience and time, I am hoping to utilize my clinical and personal experiences with future clients, to help them meet their goals. I focus on CBT, interpersonal, and supportive therapy.
As a therapist, my goal is to create a healthy relationship between my clients and I. Leaving each session to be a judgement free zone. I will encourage and gravitate towards emotional healing. I hope to promote emotional and personal growth, and improve one’s well-being. I also aspire to help my clients create a positive barrier within themselves.
